Sandy：Do you think it's going to rain?
Kathy：It might.
Sandy：The sky is pretty cloudy.
Kathy：Maybe we should put off our picnic today

1.Do you think it's going to rain?
「雨になると思う？」It's going to rain.と言えば「雨になりそうだ、雨が降りそうだ」という意味になります。
2.It might.
「そうかもしれない」「そういうこともあるだろう」ということ。It may.という言い方もあります。
ただし、何か根拠があって言っている感じが強くなります。It might.の方は漠然と「そういうことになるかもしれない」という感じです。
3.pretty cloudy
「かなり曇っている」prettyはfairlyの意味で、「かなり」「相当」のように程度を表します。
4.put off
「延期する」Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today.（今日できることは、明日まで伸ばすな）ということわざもあります。
